Welcome Omega....this is my mother's recipe
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp prepared mustard
dash cayenne 1/4 tsp salt
1 cl. garlic
3/4 c. beer
1 lb. processed sharp cheese
Mix 1st 6 ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Let stand 5 min. Add beer and cheese , cook over hot not boiling water. Stir till cheese is melted then remove garlic. Sprinkle top with paprika. Serve with toast points and enjoy!! |
