Hi, I brought down a charchol water smoker and a gas grill plus I just built a gas fired outside oven. I love the little smoker but the charchol here in Mexico is very difficult to light. I find I don`t use it as much as I used to, perhaps once a month. Now with the oven completed which I have the ability to also use as a smoker, it may be used even less. I realize with a smoker it`s the wood not the charchol which adds flavor, so over all I perfer gas.
